Offering expert whelping services for your breeding needs, backed by over 18 years of experience as a professional dog trainer. My whelping services are designed to provide comprehensive care for your dam and her litter, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for their development during the critical first 8 weeks.
Services Include:
Whelping Care: Full care for the dam and her litter for 8 weeks, ensuring at least one puppy survives to 8 weeks of age.
Puppy Development: Puppies are imprinted appropriately and introduced to housebreaking protocols, setting them up for success in their future homes.
Veterinary Visits: Transportation to reproductive veterinary appointments within a 1-hour drive (additional fees for greater distances).
New Owner Support: All new puppy owners receive 3 months of free training consultations via phone or Zoom.
Pricing:
Base Whelping Fee: $3,500 for 8 weeks.
Additional Puppy Fee: $250 per puppy that survives to 8 weeks.
Boarding Fees for Puppies After 8 Weeks: $50 per day.
Care for the Dam:
The dam is cared for throughout the 8 weeks, with a boarding fee of $100 per day for any time before or after the whelping period.
The breeder must provide transportation of the dam to and from my home, as well as all necessary supplies such as food, whelping materials, and medical costs.
Additional Information:
The breeder is responsible for all veterinary fees and finding homes for the puppies. Puppies remaining in my care after 8 weeks will be subject to boarding fees.
